We are seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism in their homes and community settings. You’ll implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), track progress, and make a lasting difference in the lives of the clients and families you serve.

Behavior Technician Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children and adults with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and behavior management
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistency of care
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate relationships with clients and families

Behavior Technician Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Prior experience working with children, youth, or individuals with special needs strongly preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a plus
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites in Harbor City, Long Beach, Lakewood, and surrounding areas
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed

Additional Quadfurcations:  

• Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, drug screening, health screening, TB screening and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty-five(25) pounds
• Valid and current proof of legal right to drive; required
