Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a friendly, safe, and inclusive therapy environment
  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and team members
  • Provide individualized and group therapy sessions using child-centered approaches
  • Attend and contribute to IEP and IFSP meetings
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in systems such as Raintree, SEIS, or other funder-required platforms
  • Support clinical team members and promote best practices across disciplines
  • Track upcoming reports, evaluations, and required documentation based on funder timelines
  • Participate in in-service trainings and staff development initiatives
  • Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
  • Current California OT License or Limited Permit (Required)
  • 1–2 years of pediatric experience (Required)
  • 1–2 years of feeding experience (Required)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for helping children achieve developmental goals

Additional Requirements

  • Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active, play-based therapy
  • Successful completion of background check, TB test, drug screening, and employment eligibility verification
  • Willingness to participate in disaster preparedness drills and emergency procedures
