Key Responsibilities
- Foster a friendly, safe, and inclusive therapy environment
- Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and team members
- Provide individualized and group therapy sessions using child-centered approaches
- Attend and contribute to IEP and IFSP meetings
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in systems such as Raintree, SEIS, or other funder-required platforms
- Support clinical team members and promote best practices across disciplines
- Track upcoming reports, evaluations, and required documentation based on funder timelines
- Participate in in-service trainings and staff development initiatives
- Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
- Current California OT License or Limited Permit (Required)
- 1–2 years of pediatric experience (Required)
- 1–2 years of feeding experience (Required)
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
- Passion for helping children achieve developmental goals
Additional Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active, play-based therapy
- Successful completion of background check, TB test, drug screening, and employment eligibility verification
- Willingness to participate in disaster preparedness drills and emergency procedures
